The article describes a set of measures that are subordinate to a single concept of work aimed at solving certain urgent problems and designed to ensure the formation of a national system for ensuring the chemical safety of the industry of the Russian Federation as an integral part of the National system of chemical and biological safety of the Russian Federation.
