Psychometric Assessment Standards Based on the «Performance Based Assessment» Methodology

E.V. Shirinkina, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor, head of the department of management and business of Surgut state university; Surgut

e-mail: shirinkina86@yandex.ru

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that there has been a request for a comprehensive assessment of knowledge and skills based on the methodology of competency-based assignments, which consists in a performance-based assessment. In the article, the author presents the psychometric standards and recommendations existing in foreign practice that are necessary for a fair, reliable and objective assessment of the learning outcomes of company employees. The purpose of the work is to study existing standards and recommendations for assessing learning outcomes in the KPI system. The empirical basis of the study was the data of the International Test Commission; British Psychological Society – British Psychological Society, BPS and others. The author analyzes the empirical base of the research and systematizes the existing standards and recommendations for assessing testing. The practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that, given the challenges and demands of the modern world, most organizations will allow them to form a systemic development of the measurement process and quickly respond to new challenges that arise before psychometrics.

V.A. Bardonov, candidate of technical sciences, Limited Liability Company Center for Certification of forest products «LESSERTIKA»; Kaluga region

e-mail: lessertika@ya.ru

The article analyzes the experience of development, implementation and certification of quality management systems at enterprises for the production of wood-based panels, plywood, furniture. The specifics of the implementation of the process approach in the QMS of enterprises, the experience of widespread use of methodological instructions (MI), standards of organizations (STO), guidelines (RD) are shown. Information is given on the demand for QMS certified by the Lessertika Center by foreign QMS certification bodies. A critical analysis of the state of chemical safety of wood-based panels and plywood, as well as the problems of implementation and implementation of TR CU 025/2012 «On the safety of furniture products» is given, directions for revising this TR CU are indicated. For the first time, special attention is paid to the analysis of the methods used by the RF for determining the release of formaldehyde from wood-based panels, plywood and furniture. The advantages and disadvantages of using three methods for assessing the emission of formaldehyde from wood materials and furniture are objectively considered, which will allow manufacturers, consumers of products and regulatory authorities to substantiate their requirements for the methods used to confirm the environmental friendliness of products. The experience of determining the content of radionuclides in wood materials and furniture is indicated.

Marking is one of the important means of providing the consumer with basic information about the properties and characteristics of the product and the conditions of its operation. Smartphones, tablets and VR glasses are used in our lives for various purposes. For work, entertainment, self-education and much more. At the moment, the requirements for the labeling of low-voltage consumer goods are regulated by TR CU 020/2011, but not always, the information indicated on the labeling or in the operational documents is fully provided and complies with these requirements. The aim of the work was to justify additional criteria for labeling low-voltage consumer products to meet consumer demand for information.

The modern world is changing, but changes in people, in companies, do not happen voluntarily. The management of organizations is constantly forced and forced to continuously and, often, unpredictably, occurring changes in external and internal economic conditions. The speed of these changes is constantly increasing. A working algorithm for the synergy of the processes taking place in the system and the management methodology is proposed.

The ballistic parameters of the trajectory of particles of high-density alloys when moving in a gaseous medium, accompanied by a phase transition of the material of the particles, are considered. A technique has been developed for determining the parameters of the target depending on the physicomechanical characteristics of the materials of the captured particles and target layers. The possibility of maintaining the spheroidal shape of particles during the electric arc dispersion of high-density alloys has been determined.

An imitation model of a gear reducer is considered, taking into account its gear ratio, multi-mass, friction, and gearing errors. The structures of individual components and the general model of the reducer is presented. The spectrum of speed fluctuations of the output link of the reducer is obtained and a comparison is made with the spectrum of vibration speed obtained using a vibration analyzer on a real object. The approach proposed in the work makes it possible to establish the nature of the reasons causing the gearbox vibration.
