The implementation and use of a safety and health and safety management system in the direction of systematizing requirements, assessing, analyzing and eliminating risks in achieving goals makes it possible to successfully implement rehabilitation and health-resort treatment technologies. When planning the life cycle processes of services, measures are developed to prevent emergencies, ensure preparedness for them and mitigate their consequences, and also make timely changes to these measures in accordance with the organization standard STO 12.29-7 «Identification and Risk Assessment».
